From Hanging Rock – towards Lancefield
The intricate layering of cloth, thread and mixed media hint at Jan Lowe’s water colourist background and reveals a lifelong love of the coast and inland of southeast Australia. The works in this exhibition feature a combination of textures, colours and shapes that inspires story telling with wool, paper, paint and found objects.
Jan Lowe has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions around Victoria and is a member of the Surface Design Association.
